Our firm’s mission is to stop companies’ unfair, deceptive and harmful practices and obtain compensation for wherever we can, in St. Louis or St. Louis County, Missouri, in Southern Illinois and elsewhere. We represent plaintiffs in consumer, employment, and personal injury claims employment, claims and personal injury claims.
Our Team
Rick Cornfeld
The owner of the firm, Rick has practiced law for over 35 years. But if you know Rick, you know that he holds many roles in the community outside of his legal work. Rick and his wife are the local Council Chairs and members of the National Council of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), and belong to the Eero Saarinen Society of the Gateway Arch Park Foundation, the Thomas Jefferson Society of the Missouri Historical Society, the St. Louis Art Museum’s Beaux Arts Council, the Muny Partners, the Jewish Light Publisher’s Society, and the Eliot Society of Washington University.
Daniel Levy
Daniel joined the firm in 2019, after serving as an Assistant Attorney General of Missouri for 3 years. He has demonstrated his skills in all aspects of litigation. Outside of practicing law, Daniel is an avid tennis player and fan. He resides in St. Louis County with his wife, Sari.
Roxie Carr
Roxie is the friendly face who will greet you at the front of our office when it re-opens. She keeps the office organized, oversees our intake process and is the point of contact for clients. Some of her favorite things to do when she isn’t working are spending time outside, boating, bike riding and attending St. Louis Cardinals games with her fiancé Rick and daughter Cadence.
